Larry Amaya

"Si Se Puede"

The Larry Amaya Leadership Award is given annually by the California American GI Forum Membership in honor of a dedicated and community spirited Forumeer. Larry led this organization and  had a great impact by organizing grass roots activism from the local to the national levels of this and other organizations. The spirit of caring, sharing and growing as  concerned and involved citizens is captured in naming and honoring a Larry Amaya  Leadership Award recipient annually and by selecting the most involved and contributing members among us who through their own participation honor and perpetuate the Larry Amaya Leadership Legacy. Listed herein are the recipients of the Larry Amaya Award since its inception in 1989.
